working principle of pellet making line:

This pellet production line is an eco-friendly process. it is not only applied to make pellets from sawdust, also we can use wood, wood chippings, straw, corn stlk,bamboo and so on into fuel. It includes an feeding system, high chrom pressure roller and stainless ring die, high accurate gearbox, automatic lubrication system. The granulated material is transferred to the chamber to make wood pellets or other pellets, By spinning roller and pressure rollers in the chamber force the material through the holes of the die, thus pellets are formed. After pelletizing, the length of the pellet can be changed by adjusting the knife in the chamber.

The wood pellet is one of the most commonly used pelletizing materials. The wood pellet can be made from any type of argo-forestry waste: Groundnut shell, sugarcane biogases, caster shells/stalk, sawdust coffee husk,  paddy straw, sunflowerstalk,

cotton stalks, tobacco waste mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybeans husk, coir pitch barks/straws,

rice husks, forestry wastes, wood chips, etc. But the moisture content should be less than 12%, the grain size is below 5*5mm.

This line make the bio-pellets from the wood waste and certain agricultural crops, such as sawdust, straw, chips, leaves,etc.

 It collects the material then mix, adjust the quality, make the big and small, roundish pellet and make it cool & dry, shift the 

process to form the grades.

Energy consumption: Water 40-60kg/h, coal 80-120kg/2t raw material with 30% moisture

Main process:

1. Wood/chip/log crushing system:

Use mould 9FH wood crusher the chips into power like sawdust, if the size of raw materials is bigger than 5mm, 

it is necessary to use Model BG system log crusher.

2. Drying process:

The best moisture for pelletizing is about 14-16%. Our new air-current rotary dryer is made up of burning stove and main rotary dryer, which can reduce the moisture from 50%-10% and save about 30% energy consumption comparing the old rotary dryer. 

Burning stove is fueled with coal and wood material, which can large save electricity consumption.
